About Jacquie

As an Army logistics officer and through her study at West Point and TeachersCollege, Columbia University, Jacquie cultivated a passion for improving work through growing people and building teams.

Whether it was developing future leaders as an assistant professor at the United States Military Academy; leading large and small teams in both the conventional Army and Special Operations in support of combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria; or helping shape personnel policy for the Army as a legislative liaison, Jacquie has firsthand experience developing and leading effective teams, from the tactical to the strategic.

Since leaving the military, Jacquie has blended her rigorous academic and operational background to provide meaningful impact to clients through her coaching, leadership development programs, and tailored experiential workshops that meet specific business needs.

Her background uniquely blends a strong academic foundation with real-world leadership experience in the Army at all operational levels. She brings to bear lessons learned through years of consulting across a variety of industries.

She is the co-author of Becoming a Self-Reliant Leader: How Grit and Disciplined Duty Forge Indomitable Teams, which leverages the experience of wilderness expeditions to bring key learnings back to the office.
She and her partner live in Montana where they continue to explore the wild on foot, ski and motorcycle.
