… get crystal clear on your Mission. Teammates need to understand how the corporate mission supports their own “why” and how they uniquely contribute to it’s success.
… be purposeful in your Social Good. Merely striving to achieve shareholder value won’t lead to success in this competitive landscape; what greater purpose do you serve?
